Pennsylvania State College, or Penn College as it is commonly known in Penn, is another public research university founded in 1850 by the Pennsylvania Board of Regents, a group of public and private colleges, and the Penn Institute of Technology (Penn ITC), a private, public institution for science and technology, as a result of a partnership between Penn and Penn University.

Penn State Law offers over 40 student organizations for students who wish to engage in the law school community both inside and outside of class. LMM students can enrol at any time during their first year at the law school or apply for an additional semester of the LLM program, up to a maximum of three years of full-time employment.
