Pennsylvania State College, or Penn College as it is commonly known in Penn, is another public research university founded in 1850 by the Pennsylvania Board of Regents, a group of public and private colleges, and the Penn Institute of Technology (Penn ITC), a private, public institution for science and technology, as a result of a partnership between Penn and Penn University.

Penn State Law offers over 40 student organizations for students who wish to engage in the law school community both inside and outside of class. Students can enroll on the Penn State campus during the summer, including on the Penn State World campus, and students with certificates will continue to have access to the university's established law schools, such as the Law School of Pennsylvania and the College of Law. Once graduated, students can enroll in one of the many joint study programs through the University Park Law Center or through a joint program with a local law firm.

There is an additional $1,000 discount for each additional semester of law education, and $0 per hour can be applied to the minimum live interactive requirement. Students have the opportunity to assist litigants in handling initiated proceedings in civil and criminal matters as well as in criminal and civil matters. LMM students can enrol at any time during their first year at the law school or apply for an additional semester of the LLM program, up to a maximum of three years of full-time employment.
