The house is being sold as is, and needs some work, but affordability was why we bought it. It is a great opportunity for a family that wants to live in the district to have the same benefit. The home is located half a block from the North Dallas Tollway and on Mockingbird Lane. The traffic is heavy in the mornings and during afternoon traffic, but we have never had a problem with the noise. We are 5 minutes from Downtown Dallas, 5 minutes from Dallas Love Field, and 6 minutes from the Dallas Hospital District. Neither the owner nor any of the teenagers that have lived here have ever had a problem getting in or out of the front driveway. We also have room for 2 or 3 cars in the back alley portion of the home.
