I started with Precept in 2006 and they did an "ok" job helping me out at the beginning...but then I kept getting new people on the phone and no follow up... Now when I try to get in touch with someone at every phone number I can think of…

They took our money and didn't do anything to help us. We are out over $5,000. The BBB has not even been able to discuss the case we have against Precept as nobody ever answers the phone at Precept. We need a lawyer.
