I got a degree in fine arts from SMU. I've played music since as far back as I can remember: piano, violin, guitar, trying to keep up on some electronica, dj'd for a while in college...

I took a Meyers-Briggs test online a couple times for fun and they have said I'm an INTJ which I think fits my personality pretty well
I enjoy a lot of time working on my own projects and am definitely not a big social butterfly type - maybe back when I was drinking moreso but that was a while ago - I had to quit drinking, so I compensate with coffee and smoking lol

From the entries in this page, it is obvious that I never take anything very seriously. Technically, this is half truth! I am always doing and I don't know if I understand those that just want to consume and not produce. I admire the people who work hard to give back to the world. I wish I could be a doctor, or a scientist, or some sort of brilliant economist but I was not given those talents so I design because that's what I am good at. Hopefully I'll be able to give back to the world through that somehow, if not through the clothing itself then through philanthropic ventures. I don't believe in this American hierarchy of people. A brick layer and a brain surgeon are just as important to society as the other. We need both in order to function in a civilized society, one just takes a lot less training than the other.

I never exactly expected my life to lead me to Dallas, but stranger things have happened. I was raised in Austin and have been told it shows more than once... essentially I grew up in what little punk scene there is in Austin and my interest in music flourished from there. Music is one of my great loves, I can't really classify myself as a "music nerd" anymore - most of my time is taken up by science. I have a BS in Biochemistry and Genetics and I'm currently working on a PhD in Biochemistry, so school pretty much rules majority of my time. Pretty well fitting with a Scientist from Austin my political views lean very far left and I consider myself an atheist (though I am a practicing buddhist and have been for many years). It never seems to show, but I can be fairly outdoorsy - I used to be quiet the rock climber and I'm a freak about caving.

I love all sorts of music, and currently love going around to the music scene here in Fort Worth. Was travelling around the country for awhile but have found myself a job I love and found that I love Fort Worth too. I'm a Gaelic Scot, and proud of it. Computer nerd(hey they pay me for it, so not all that bad eh?) I'm not Canadian, despite the eh.

I like to get out on the weekends and hang out with my friends. I like to smoke my tobacco pipe, although I'm trying to quit the habit all together. I enjoy getting together with my friends to eat, drink or just about anything, go to the musuem, go the zoo or the gardens, go to some cultural or art festival. One of the great things about this town is there always seems to be something to do if you've got a mind to do it.

Hi! I was born in 1963 in southern Illinois. I lived on a farm and love horses and dogs. I curently have one dog and two sugargliders. My parents got a divorce when I was about 3 and we then moved to the city. I was around 6 when we moved to Colorado and lived two years looking out my front door at the rockies. I spend most of my time lately maxin and relaxin. I'm a substitute teacher, which allows me to always have a job and not really have one at the same time. I graduated from UTD, got a bachelors in Psychology...need a Masters to do anything in Psychology tho. I was recently part owner and operater of a restaurant, I let that go tho, cuz it wasn't making enough money fast enough.
